Service Description
This service is used to request new DNS records, changes or updates to existing DNS records, or the removal of DNS records.

Faculty, Staff
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Specify whether this is an address or alias
- IP address of the device the record points to and if the device has or needs a static reservation
- MAC address of the device the record points to
- Specify whether or not the device is currently connected to the Union College network
