The Cisco Jabber softphone/app allows you to answer your Union College extension from your PC/Mac computer or mobile phone, as long as you have the app running in the background. You can also place calls from the app to outside numbers, which would display the College’s callerID of Union College 518-388-6000. To dial out, it is just like your campus phone, dialing 3 to reach an outside line, and 3+1 for long distance calls. Campus extensions are only 4-digits.
