Service Description
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides technical assistance with Union College owned desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Assistance includes:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installation of software
- Assistance with disconnecting and reconnecting your computer
- Connecting your device to network printers and copiers
