Service Description
Information Technology Services (ITS) manages four types of electronic classrooms on campus. For support issues pertaining to technology within these classrooms, please click on the Request Service button to submit a service request ticket for assistance with using the technology in your classroom, to report a classroom tech issue, or request additional equipment to be delivered to your class.

- Students (with a faculty sponsor)
Requirements
In order to use the Request Help button, you must currently be affiliated with Union College.
*Please make sure that all requests are submitted within 72 business hours of weekday events and 1 business week for weeknight and weekend events to ensure staff and resource availability.
