Service Description

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides technical assistance with Union College owned desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.  Assistance includes:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Installation of software
  • Assistance with disconnecting and reconnecting your computer
  • Connecting your device to network printers and copiers
