Accessing Cisco Unity Connection
- Call Cisco Unity Connection.
From your desk phone:
- Dial 6688
Or
- Press the Messages button on your phone.
From outside Union College:
- Dial 518-388-6688
- If you are calling from another phone within Union College or from outside Union College, press * when Cisco Unity Connection answers.
- If prompted, enter your Connection ID (usually your desk phone extension), and press #.
- Enter your PIN, and press #.

To change entry mode, press
