Qualtrics offers survey software that can handle everything from simple questionnaires to detailed research projects. The platform offers an intuitive drag-and-drop survey tool, powerful logic, 100 plus question types and pre-built survey templates.
To get started, just go to https://union.qualtrics.com and sign in using your Union College credentials.
Qualtrics offers some getting started training videos. The product we are using is called CoreXM. Their Basecamp site offers several types of training. You should start with Learn to Use Qualtrics CoreXM, which offers a series of videos that walk you through the steps needed to create a survey. [NOTE: you will be asked to log into Qualtrics to view the videos. On the login screen click the Sign in with SSO link and then enter Union as the organization ID.]
Support for the use of this platform is available through Qualtrics. Users can submit support tickets or call their 800 number to get help on using the platform.
