Introductory video about our new ticketing system

Welcome to our new ITS Help Desk ticketing system! 

On June 18, 2018, we switched from TrackIt! to TeamDynamix as our ticketing system.  This is our "soft launch" where we have included our most requested services in our service catalog.  We ask that you start with our Service Catalog and try to submit your requests in the appropriate category.  If you can't figure out what to select, then use our General Help category.

This is a work in progress so we appreciate getting feedback - both on what is already there and what you feel is missing!  We will be updating and tweaking the site all summer in preparation for the start of the 2018-2019 academic year.

You can log in to this Client Portal using your Union College username and password.
