Union College now has Crestron AirMedia for use in ISEC/Ainlay 187.
AirMedia allows you to share the image that's on your mobile device with the system so that your image is projected on the large screen.
Download the AirMedia app from your app store.
There is no cost, and no registration.
To begin, log in to the classroom presentation system using the touch panel on the lectern. (If you're unsure how to do this please send an email to HelpDesk@union.edu to request training.)
Tap the [AirMedia] button in the Video Sources section of the lectern touch screen.
Find the IP Address (URL) and the Security Code in the lower left corner of the AirMedia touch panel page.
The same information appears on the lectern monitor in the lower left corner.
The Login Code is specific to your session and will change each time you log out and log back in.
Open the AirMedia app on your mobile device.
Enter the IP Address into the space provided on your mobile device (where it says URL).
Press [Enter] on your device keyboard,
and then press the [Present with AirMedia] button.
In the pop-up box, confirm that you want to project from your device by tapping on the [OK] button.
Swipe to get to the Control Panel on your device and tap on [Screen Mirroring].
For iPad: swipe down from the upper right corner.
For iPhone: swipe up from the bottom/center of the screen.
In the pop-up box, tap on the room (listed as the IP Address). 
In the pop-up window, enter the 4-digit AirMedia Code into the text box and then tap [OK].
The code can be found in the lower left of the lectern touch screen, or in the lower left of the rooms' projection screen.
The image from your mobile device should now be showing on the projection screen(s) in the room.
Press the [Home] button on your device to keep working and project your device image to the screens in the room.
You can switch to other lectern sources and then back to AirMedia as long as you don't log out of AirMedia.
To stop mirroring from your device, go to the Control Panel on your device.
for iPad: swipe down from the upper right corner.
for iPhone: swipe up from the bottom/center of the screen.
Tap on the [Screen Mirroring] icon
and then tap [Stop Mirroring].
PLEASE NOTE:
- You must be on the Union WiFi and not Conference Guest.
- Apple TV remote does not work for this feature.
