Union now has Apple TV for use in Olin 115 and Wold 010.
Apple TV allows you to share the image that's on your iPad or iPhone with the system so that your image is projected on the large screen.
From the touch panel on the lectern, select Apple TV.
Make sure that your iPad or iPhone is connected to the Union WiFi.
The password is UNION1795. (case-specific)
Go to the Control Panel on your device and tap the Screen Mirroring button.
For iPad: swipe down from the upper right corner.
For iPhone: swipe up from the bottom/center of the screen.
A 4-digit code will appear on the projection screenand on the lectern monitor. Enter that number into your iPad or iPhone.
This number is unique to the session and will change the next time that you connect.
Click on your devices Home button to begin working.
To stop projecting from your device, go to the Control Panel on your device.
for iPad: swipe down from the upper right corner.
for iPhone: swipe up from the bottom/center of the screen.
Tap on the [Screen Mirroring] icon
and then tap [Stop Mirroring].
PLEASE NOTE:
- You must be on the Union WiFi and not Conference Guest.
- Apple TV remote does not work for this feature.
