Messaging in Nexus


Follow these steps to communicate with your students in Nexus.

Nexus offers a way to communicate within the platform 

  • Select Participant Messaging 

Sending Messages to Select Course Participants (alternative to QuickMail)

As a teacher you can send messages and information to your students. Follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the participants tab for the course.
  2. Select specific participants from the list or use the "Select All" check box.
  3. Choose "Add/Send message" from the "With selected users..." drop-down menu.
  4. Type the message you would like to share and click the "Send" button.
