Initial Registration

Setting up your password recovery options is a one-time process that can be completed in just a few minutes. If you find the timing of the prompt inconvenient, you can delay the initial registration by selecting [I don't have a secondary email address] and clicking the [Remind me later] button on the subsequent screen. You'll be reminded to complete the registration at the beginning of the following month.

  1. Go to myapps.union.edu, enter your username in the Username prompt, and click [Next].  Enter your Union password.

  2. When you first log in, you will be asked to set up some password recovery options in the event you forget your password. While you aren't required to set these options, it is strongly recommended that you configure all of them.

  3. You can choose to use a secondary email address (not your Union account), phone number for a text message, or a phone number for a voice call. You will receive a verification code depending on the method(s) you choose.

    • If you provided a secondary email address, please check the email account you entered to find a confirmation email there and verify your address.

    • For Text Message or Voice recovery methods, enter the code in the text box provided and then click on the [Verify] button.

  4. Once you set up your recovery options, you can click the [Create My Account] button in the lower right to proceed.

  5. If you didn't set up all the password recovery methods you may get an additional message on the next screen. You can choose to ignore this and click [Remind Me Later] if you wish.
