How to Download and Install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

These instructions guide the user through the process of downloading and installing the Creative Cloud desktop app for Mac or Windows.

Learn how to download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app.

1. Navigate to  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
2. Sign in to the Creative Cloud website to begin downloading the Creative Cloud desktop app.​​​​​​ 
3. Use your Union e-mail address, and then click [Continue].
4. Select [Company or School Account].
5. Download [Creative Cloud].
6. Double-click the downloaded file to begin installation (Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg for Mac or Creative_Cloud_Set-up.exe for Windows).
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your installation.
